Atx250x Terms & Conditions — Official Platform Usage Rules

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and account password confidential. atx250x will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to safeguard your login credentials. 3. Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct
Atx250x users are required to use this platform in a lawful, responsible manner that is respectful of other users. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or any mechanism designed to unlawfully exploit the platform's systems.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers with the intent to gain an advantage through dishonest means or in a manner that contradicts the conditions of those offers.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over the platform.

Atx250x reserves the right to take whatever action it deems appropriate against any user who violates the above rules, including temporary suspension or permanent account closure without prior notice.
4. Payment Information and Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the atx250x platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports a range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users, including online bank transfers via FPX, local e-wallets, and other methods listed on the deposit page during the transaction process.
Deposits made by users will be credited to the account once payment confirmation is received. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method. atx250x is not responsible for any delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment service providers.
For withdrawal requests, users are required to submit valid proof of identity before the transaction is processed. atx250x reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review purposes or to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. Account Suspension and Closure

- The information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate or false.
- The account has shown no activity within the period specified by the platform.
- The user has voluntarily requested account closure through the provided support channels.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance in that account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. For closures unrelated to any breach, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
